About Keywave Technology

MP Kan is a semiconductor industry executive with extensive experience in RF and mixed-signal integrated circuit development. Prior to joining Keywave, he served as Chief Technology Officer of a publicly listed IC company, leading commercially successful chip design and production programmes contributing to global shipments exceeding 10 billion integrated circuits. He has directed large-scale RF development initiatives, including serving as Chip Director for Taiwan’s government-backed A+ Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Beamformer programme, focused on advanced satellite RF technologies. MP Kan holds more than 14 U.S. patents in RF and semiconductor design, covering wireless circuits, tuner architectures, and high-integration chip solutions. He is also the creator of the R820T2 tuner IC, a widely deployed high-volume product used in global RF reception platforms. At Keywave, he oversees RF architecture development, silicon design strategy, and next-generation sensing and tuner technology programmes, ensuring technical depth, IP strength, and long-term product scalability.

Jenny Cheng leads Keywave Technology with a focus on structured semiconductor development, commercial execution, and long-term technology strategy. With a background in semiconductor and IC design operations, she brings cross-functional experience spanning architecture development, silicon validation, manufacturing coordination, and global partner engagement. Since incorporation, she has guided Keywave from core RF architecture development through first silicon validation, product launch readiness, and early commercial scaling. Under her leadership, the company has secured initial intellectual property protection, advanced OEM evaluation programmes, and established structured manufacturing and operational pathways aligned with scalable production. Jenny’s leadership approach combines technical depth with disciplined execution. She prioritises clear design milestones, manufacturability planning, and customer-aligned product development. Her focus on IP ownership and structured fabless operations positions Keywave for sustainable growth in RF sensing and communication markets. In addition to operational leadership, she supports talent development and cross-functional collaboration within engineering, sales, and manufacturing partners, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
